About

I am a quantitative environmental policy researcher working as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Climate and Housing at Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies. I recently earned an Environmental Science and Policy PhD at the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science. In Miami, I primarily studied flood risk and public policy design for equitable and effective flood risk management in a changing climate. My current work is focused on coastal housing markets’ exposure to sea level rise and Federal policy implications; residential insurance markets and regulation; Federal Emergency Management Agency program effectiveness; and the economic impacts of frequent flooding on low-wealth households. Secondarily, I study decarbonization of the buildings sector, with experience analyzing greenhouse gas pricing and energy storage policy at the Federal level.
